We accept returns for most items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
Unused and in original packaging
In the same condition you received them
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Custom gift boxes and bundles
Personalized or made-to-order items
Sale or clearance items
Used or opened beauty products (e.g., nail polishes, adhesives, etc.) for hygiene reasons
To request a return:

We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
If your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After that, the order may already be in progress and cannot be cancelled.
